Privacy notice for invite requests
This notice covers only the «Request an invite» form on vault-radar.it (Art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679). Vault users receive the full notice when they first sign in.

Which data
The name and email you enter; if you provide them, your line of work, the AI assistant you use and a note of up to 280 characters; the page language and the moment you confirmed having read this notice. Of your IP address we keep only an encrypted fingerprint, used to limit automated submissions, from which the address cannot be recovered.
Why
To assess your request and send you the invite with sign-in instructions. We do not use this data for advertising and do not pass it on to third parties.
Legal basis
Pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) of the Regulation).
Who receives it
The data is stored on servers in the EU (Germany). A notification with the request details reaches the controller through the Resend email delivery service.
How long
Twelve months from the request, or until you ask for it to be deleted.
Your rights
You can ask at any time for access, correction or deletion by writing to privacy@vault-radar.it, and you can lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
